Our teachers are our greatest assets at Trinity Kids. 

 

As such, we recognise from the onset that we treat our staff with the respect, develop them and nurture them in the way they deserve. Our teachers embody the Values of Trinity Kids.

 

Hailing typically from a background in education or psychology, our teachers receive intensive internal teaching course, training and orientation before embarking on their teaching career at Trinity Kids. We send all our staff for CPR, First Aid and AED certification which is specifically geared towards infants and young children. They receive continuous training on curriculum, classroom management and communication with children and parents. 

 

A mentor is assigned at the point of entry. There are an appraisals to ensure the teacher's career development and performance is on track. You will recognise the telling traits of a well-trained Trinity Kids teacher easily.

 

Expect plenty of team-building activities and get prepared to gain a whole new family. Available Positions

Lead Class Teacher: is a full-time position where you are responsible for preparing materials and lessons according to lesson plan, teaching and inspiring children, managing the growth and development of a specific portfolio of children and communicating with their parents. 

 

You must love children, be passionate about teaching, have good work ethics, enjoy communicating to parents, have a pleasant and kind disposition and share the values of Trinity Kids. You need to have at least one year experience in teaching with relevant qualification in education, languages or psychology. Fluency in two of three languages are necessary: English, Chinese or Bahasa Malaysia. 

Teaching Assistant: is frequently an entry level role for fresh graduates or interns. This role involves supporting the Lead Class Teacher to facilitate the operation and teaching of the class. We offer part-time, flexible days or temporary positions for this role. A relevant qualification in education, languages or psychology is preferred but not necessary. You must love children, have a positive work ethics and personality and share the values of Trinity Kids. This role can be full time, part time or temporary.

Mandarin Teacher: can be a full or part-time position. You are responsible for preparing materials and lessons according to lesson plan, teaching Mandarin in an inquiry approach, manage the development and Chinese proficiency progress of your portfolio of children. 

You must love children, be passionate about teaching, have good work ethics, enjoy communicating to parents, have a pleasant and kind disposition and share the values of Trinity Kids. You need to have at least one year experience in teaching with relevant qualification in education, languages or psychology. Written and oral fluency in Mandarin is a must.​

Daycare Assistant: is a part-time position between 9 am to 3 pm, or thereabout. Your responsibility is to assist the Lead Class Teacher in providing care for the children. You must love children, socialise well with children, are a team player and careful by nature. Training will be provided.

Management Executive: is a full-time position. The responsibility includes assisting management in admission, marketing and operation matters. This general graduate track role is suitable for fresh graduates from open disciplines. You must possess a pleasant & positive personality, good work attitude, love children, generally interested in education and share the values of Trinity Kids.

 

Accounting/Admin Executive: is a full-time position. You shall be working within the accounting and finance team and assisting the COO in administrative and accounting related tasks. You are a careful, meticulous and reliable person who take instructions well and can work independently. You should have background in accounting, possess a pleasant & positive personality, good work attitude and love children. Training will be provided.​
