Chinese Elective Stream Trial Week (current K1 students)

This Chinese elective stream is suitable for children bound for Chinese primary schools as there will be an emphasis on numeracy & science taught in Chinese. Your child will see an improvement in Chinese written competency, a skill needed in written assessments that may be required for streaming tests in select primary schools. 

Students in the elective stream typically stay back for two days a week from 12-1.30pm (including lunch time) for extra Chinese classes in Numeracy & Science to align with these subjects being taught in Chinese in Chinese primary schools. 

The trial week will take place at the start of Term 4 (1st-8th October). Registration is compulsory and you will be contacted to confirm your child's participation in the Chinese Elective Stream trial. 

How to register for the 1-week trial? 

1. Click on register to complete the registration form 

2. You will receive a confirmation email of your registration 

3. Please refer to the Chinese Elective Stream timetable (or you may obtain one from your child's branch manager), to know which days your child is required to stay back for extended hour. 

For K1 Chinese Elective Stream:

-Tuesdays (Numeracy in Chinese): Dismissal time at 1.30pm (including lunch time) 

-Thursdays (Science in Chinese): Dismissal time at 1.30pm (including lunch time)
